King Solomon Village (KSV) will provide an uplifting shelter environment for 100 individuals (60 males – 40 females) who have the opportunity to work closely with caring staff dedicated to helping them stabilize their lives and confidently rebuild their futures. Each resident will enjoy their own “pod,” offering a sense of privacy and comfort in an enclosed space, complete with essential amenities such as a bed for peaceful sleep, a closet for personal possessions, and an outlet for electronic charging to remain connected with the outside world. The thoughtful design features shelves for extra storage needs and a cozy pad for a pet weighing up to 30 lbs., acknowledging the vital role of companionship and emotional support during this transformative journey toward a more stable living situation. This nurturing environment not only encourages personal growth but also fosters a strong sense of community among residents as they collectively navigate the exciting challenges that lie ahead.

Within five years, WEDC will announce the commencement of construction for workforce housing, designed to offer affordable and accessible living options for our essential employees in the community. This initiative is vital as it not only meets the increasing demand for sustainable housing solutions but also uplifts our local workforce. As part of this inspiring project, a variety of amenities and services will be integrated to significantly enhance the quality of life for residents. NOTE: The service provider is FTS (First To Serve).
